OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF ABS-CBN INTERNATIONAL ON ABS-CBN STARKARGO’S INCLUSION IN DTI’s ADVISORY ON “BLACKLISTED FORWARDERS”
(Redwood Metropolis, October 23, 2012) ABS-CBN Global categorically can take exception to the inclusion of Abs-CBN StarKargo amongst the “blacklisted overseas principals and consolidators abroad owing to experiences of undelivered packages and other violations under Philippine Shippers Bureau (“PSB”) Administrative Order No. 6 collection or the Revised Rules on Freight Forwarding” (the ” PSB Order”) as stated in the Philippine Office of Trade and Industry (DTI) News Launch dated October 16, 2012.
On the matter of “undelivered packages”, Ab muscles-CBN Intercontinental is not aware nor has been notified of any such incident pending just before DTI-PSB.
