What is a fen raft spider?
The spiders are harmless to human beings and have cream stripes on their darkish bodies, with girls developing the sizing of a palm.
They are so big that they can even capture stickleback fish to feed off, with their legs spanning up to 8cm.
As semi-aquatic creatures, they can stroll on water, with women building an egg sac and dipping it into drinking water each several hrs to continue to keep the eggs moist for about three months.
